Customer services contact details???

Anonymous
Not applicable
I have been a loyal o2 customer for 8 years now but would now like to cancel my contract. I have been into the shop and was told I needed to phone customer services. I have rung customer services about ten times over the past couple of weeks and have been on the phone for over an hour each time and still haven't managed to speak to anyone. How can I get in touch with customer services?

Anyway, is there anything we can help with?
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
Please select the post that helped you best and mark as the solution. This helps other members in resolving their issues faster. Thank you.

The new Iphone is not an excuse.

Everyone knew when it was coming - O2 should have tailored their service to suit.

The service has been poor for a long time.
