The worst customer service I’ve ever witnessed.Was kept waiting for a total of an hour and a half and couldn’t get through to a service agent-absolutely atrocious set up

So the same as trying to get through to almost every company on a Sunday afternoon, this is what happens when call centre staff quit when they have to deal with the UK public who seem to like to be abusive to them, so can't blame people for quitting.
