Customer service is POOR, you have to wait in excess 20 mins to talk to someone, then they give you another number to call, 2 days later of trying and another 30 mins wait, you get to talk to someone. This is unacceptible, O2 sort out your customer service, either emply more staff or sort out your services !!!!!!!

It is a common problem- it has now got worse- 30 minutes. I am a frequent caller as they cannot fix your problem. The Phone system is useless. Nearly as good as trying to sort out the pathetic website.

Its just having the power of patience if honest. A bit poor we know and very frustrating for customers.
Problem is if anyone wants to complain....you still have to get through to CS to do this in the first instance...
