Hey all,

Is there a way to get in touch with O2 Customer Service via Whatsapp?

I know you can do something similar from the mobile app, but I was wondering if there is something similar that Three and Virgin Media has... where you can get in touch directly via Whatsapp.

No sorry you can contact customer services via phone or social media.

Give O2 a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202 (or use the specific Payment management number - 0800 902 0217 )

Or you can message O2 on Facebook ( https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram ( https://o2uk.co/O2CIG), hopefully they should be able to help

If you go to the shop pages and wait for the chat pop up https://www.o2.co.uk/shop you can start a WhatsApp chat from there.
