Hello, Customer care,
There is an error on my credit report. Sim only monthly contract closed on Nov 2021. O2 has flagged missed payment and defaulted on my credit report. I am unable to apply for any loan because of this issue. I have called many times to customer service, they said they have closed the account. but my credit profile still shows this mistake. I have sent an email to creditreferall@02.com. No response from them. can you please help me out?
Thanks

Hi there @sri1981
I always feel that writing is the best way to communicate, send your letter by Tracked Recorded and keep all copies of communications.

Hello @sri1981
I would help you to sort it out quickly, if I could - I can't.
It is up to you to continue to pursue this matter until you can get
a proper result. I understand it is frustrating but these type of
problems do not get fixed "over-night" regrettably.
You need to write and keep copies, if you send emails you will need to
keep Hard copies so that you can prove you have written to each of the
Credit rating companies, should there be a dispute.
I believe there are 4 Companies, you should find out who each are, check them and
communicate with them all if necessary (it probably will be).
Good Luck Best wishes TallTrees
