I took out a oneplus 3T contract in December 2016, changed my mind within the 14 day cooling off period and returned the phone. Just been checking my credit file lately and noticed a default on my credit file, can o2 put a default on file for a phone returned within the 14 day cooling off period.

@Monalithic Apart from returning the phone, did you call customer service and cancel the contract?

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

Ive got a transcript from my web chat with customer services on the 17/12 confirming that the phone was received on the 15/12 and they were gonna cancel the contract within 24 hours
