I am having a lot of trouble with CreditFileReferrals@o2.com - there is a default that is incorrect and with an agency, however neither O2 or the agency are claiming responsibility to have this default removed.

 

Can anyone suggest advice other than the email above as this is not really doing the trick. I am having trouble getting my mortgage so any advice that can speed up the process would be appreciated.

 

@Martin-O2 I am looking at you for help on this

Try getting a Noddle account or use one on the MoneySavingExpert website.
Failing that you will just need to contact all of the agencies above and request your reports.
