I am having a lot of trouble with CreditFileReferrals@o2.com - there is a default that is incorrect and with an agency, however neither O2 or the agency are claiming responsibility to have this default removed.
Can anyone suggest advice other than the email above as this is not really doing the trick. I am having trouble getting my mortgage so any advice that can speed up the process would be appreciated.

Thanks, that would be incerdibly helpful. So far, radio silence from the credit account people. The agency have also been trying to get a response for over two weeks and have had no luck.
