I can not imagine sending email to this team for over three weeks and no single response despite the fact that auto response email suggested that the team will respond within 3 working days.
Can someone wake them up from their dead sleep please.?
The team is a very disappointing team and displays an highly level of lack of a proper sense of responsibility to their customer.
Once my issue is resolved I am leaving and will run from O2 like a plague.
