I have been with O2 for many months and have more than 1 contract with them. Recently I have been experiencing signal problems with them on all phones and have rang up to get this sorted but they have only given dull replies about the problem. Paying £90 for the contracts is a joke and the company also has been unhelpful. Would not suggest anyone get with them

Download the My Network app and report the issues through that. 

Reports get picked up by network engineers. 

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
