Hello recently I applied for a pay monthly phone contract but I got declined. So I decided to apply for a sim only contract which I got accepted for. If I do well with this sim contract would I be able to upgrade to a phone contract

Hi @Courtney5

You would be monitored for 3-6 months re payments being on time.

After that you could try again for a full contract.

You do need to be on a 12/18 month sim only rather than a 30 day contract.
