My contracts finished on 26th Feb, I called to say that I did not want to renew. As far as I'm aware you pay a month upfront, so why is O2 requesting a payment for both sims that the contract ended on?

It will be the final bill, assuming the contracts were cancelled correctly.

The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
