Hi there could anyone tell me how to contact virgin media through my virgin mobile / o2 before used to be 150 it saying it don't work now tia

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

@Andymar Virgin Media customers can phone 150 from their landline or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone.
O2 customers can call 202 from their O2 phone or 0344 809 0202 from any other phone.

I don't have a landline just the Internet with vm now, so there no freephone number now then as 0345 are charged ones, with being joint thought be free numbers, my mobile is with o2 now

03 numbers are included in call allowances, so if you have mins available they are free.
