Has anyone else been able to contact O2 by phone? I really need to increase my tariff immediately due to hot spotting now I'm working from home and can only do this by calling. Impossible to get in touch, even when I say its urgent.

You can change or upgrade your tariff in your MyO2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Follow the advice here https://www.o2.co.uk/help/phones-sims-and-devices/our-change-of-mind-policy

but getting through to O2 will be a long/impossible process at the moment.

I would do, but it only increases it after your next bill date which is 3 weeks away, I don't have enough data to do until then! To increase immediately I need to talk to customer service 😞

A tariff upgrade would change in 24 hours normally, but may be a little longer under the current circumstances.

It doesn't change until after next bill which is 3 weeks away hence why I need to call them. Looks like I'll just have to spend a fortune on bolt ons until my increase kicks in! Thanks anyway everyone.
