Since Friday, evertime I reload this website (the forum pages) on my pc, I get a "this connection was reset" error and a big yellow hazard sign with an exclamation mark inside it??? I have to keep reloading the webpage until it finally loads up properly??!
I'm using Windows 7 and Firefox 38.0.1. Is there something going on behind the scenes with O2's website which is causing this?

To add. The O2 network went down and that evening no-one could get onto forum. (Except @MI5) who didn't log out). It seems coincidental that these access to forum problems started the same evening @Toby is meant to be feeding this back to the team because afaik everyone is still getting problems (whether accessing via mobile, tablet or PC).
I am on a PC using exactly the same as yourself Windows 7 and Firefox and I still get the same error message
