Ok thanks, been waiting for a customer service agent to “chat” with, just hoped someone might be able to explain from personal experience, I don’t normally take/use my phone abroad so don’t understand roaming charges

It’s not just roaming that it applies to, but at home you wouldn’t notice out of an unlimited text allowance.

Its also good the cost was not too bad compared to some roaming shocks I've had in the past with calls & data frowning2
