Anyone else found it almost impossible to make a complaint? I'm told managers will call me back - they don't. I've been put on hold and the call has been ended, twice. I've spent hours on the phone altogether with no positive response. O2 keep taking £170 out or my account for an item that I didn't order, didn't want and returned. The first time I had to apply for an Indemnity Claim through my bank. The seond time, there wasn't enough money in my acocunt, so I've got bank charges. It's a legitimate complaint and I want compensation. How can I get them to even address the issue? Any ideas?
