Compensation

I have 4 devices/contracts with u&every single one was down yesterday all day,i couldnt use none of them &i want compensating for this

Hi @Alexd1, adn thanks for posting about yesterday's issues with the network. We are finalising how we make it up to our customers and will be contacting them later today about this.
