Click and collect

Where is the click and collect option at checkout?  I can't see it anywhere.  It just defaults to my home address and asks if I would like to send it to another address

It's not always available. Depends on what your trying to order.

Thanks.  I read somewhere that iPhones were not included in click and collect - but not on the O2 website!

Going by the FAQs it appears its only available for upgrades at the moment.

However there is another thread where the poster has ordered a blackberry that wasn't an upgrade. If this is a mistake I'm unsure:/

You could phone CS or use web chat to order the phone they should be able to send it to the shop if that's easier for you.
