Click and collect

Im hoping to get a new phone before Christmas and give my old one to my partner however I'm a student living away from home and don't intend to go back for Christmas as my mum works in a care home. I was hoping to get a pixel deal which ends on the 2nd of December but click and collect from a local O2 store however when I try and do that it says all the stores are closed, this shouldn't be the case from Wednesday onwards when I was hoping to collect the phone, is there a way of getting this deal with click and collect?

It will all be down to whatever tier the shop is in. Tier 3 no chance, Tier 2 Maybe but will depend on the individual shop...Tier 1 Yes. the shops should be open.
