Hi, I have question I ordered IPhone 13 Pro Max on Friday after 4pm I choosed click and collect as website said that I will be able to collect the same day but after making order I got email with email saying to stay and wait for another email saying that its ready to collect but after couple minuted I received email saying that I will be not able to collect the same day and now its Sunday and didn't hear back nothing, I called the store they told me they don't have any orders and I phones o2 customer service and they told me my phone was dispatched on Friday to the store so my question is how long does it takes to deliver the phone to store so I can collect it ? Thanks

Ok, so if in myo2 tracking I can see dispatched on 26 of November and order complete that's mean they have the phone in stock in warehouse and they sended the phone already to the store I choosed ?
