Click and collect for an accessory order

Hi,

 

I placed an order for an accessory on Wednesday and chose the click and collect option. 

I received a text the next day from UKmail that says delivery is to be made that morning.  I have checked tracking and it has been delivered and signed for but I have no collection reference to allow me to pick up my order.

 

How would I go aboout getting my order?

Call the shop you were collecting from.
Check your spam email for anything from O2 too.

Similar thing happened to me last year. I just went to the store with my order accpetnace email and hte tracking email and Id showed it to the staff and got my accessory. job done
