Claiming extra £100 for ordering s20 ultra

Hi I'm new to o2 I saw the offer of an extra £100 recycle for pre ordering the new s20 ultra but how do I claim the £100 extra?. I preordered in store if that helps.

If you choose to recycle with O2 you will get the additional £100 added to your trade in value.

So there is no code to put in or anything?as I'm from ee originally and how will they know I got the s20 Ultra?

You will need to send a copy of your order from your MyO2. 
From the O2 help:

Extra £100: Get an extra £100 when you (1) buy or pre-order the Samsung Galaxy S20 5G, S20+ 5G or S20 Ultra 5G directly from O2 on an: (i) O2 Refresh; (ii) Small Business; or (iii) Business Essentials tariff between 11 February and 28 April 2020 (devices available on pre-order between 11 Feb and 12 March) and (2) complete the order process to trade in your device with O2 Recycle between 11 February and 4 May 2020 which has a value of £5 or more on O2 Recycle; and (3) complete your trade in by returning your device to O2 Recycle so it is receieved by 18 May 2020. Extra £100 may be paid separately to standard O2 Recycle payment.

Bear in mind that O2 Recycle may well offer you a very low value on the phone you trade in which may well be reduced further with the old 'dead pixel' fault. You may want to check the trade in price with somewhere like CEX before chancing O2 Recycle as their value may be over £100 more.

@O2 Hi O2, I recently upgraded my account to a new S20+. As part of the deal there was an extra £100 cash back when trading in your old phone via O2 Recycle. I have now done that and completed the trade in process. How do I go about claiming the £100 cashback?? Thanks in advance
