Claiming Huawei “Free buds” Proof of Purchase for phone?

Hi

We ordered a P20Pro phone over the telephone from O2 and the phone was delivered to our local O2 store for collection. On reading the terms and conditions for claiming the freebuds we need to "upload a copy of their proof of purchase of the Qualifying Product". I presume that would be a reciept, however we only got a till receipt for a "click and collection" from the store and something I would describe as a dispatch note within the delivered parcel. Are these enough to satisfy the lengthy Huawei terms and conditions to claim the freebuds? Or do we need to get a copy of a reciept for the actual phone from O2?

Thanks!

John

Hi All

Thanks for taking the time to reply. We phoned O2 and they assured us that because it was orderd over the phone the Freebuds would be sent out without us doing anything further as long as the first bill was paid.

Cheers!

Just upload your order from your MyO2.
