Claim free buds in promotion

Ordered s20+ on the 5/6/20 got phone on the 6/6/20 I have been on members app and there is no banner or link to claim the free buds

Edited to add, it looks as if the promotion has finished?

"Claim through the Samsung Members App on your new device between 10.03.20 - 31.05.20. You'll need to provide proof of purchase

Did you have any luck? I have the same problem and having trouble getting in contact with Samsung. Also may I ask which proof of purchase you provided to them? Thanks
