Claim free Huawei tablet

Hi, been trying to claim the free tablet for the last couple of days but with no joy. Can anyone help?

I fill in all sections on the form but will not submit just turn red for a second then nothing happens.

Good morning @Danwi, and welcome to the forum Wave All previously known problems with the redemption website have been resolved, so if you are encountering any issues, please use the ‘Support’ form at the bottom of the microsite page - https://www.huaweiredemption.o2.co.uk/support.php.

 

Once the form is submitted properly, you should receive an automated confirmation email and upon the claim being submitted you should also see an on-screen confirmation to let you know it had gone through. Afterward, you will receive an SMS once the tablet has been dispatched.

You may want to try another browser as this has worked for some.

If not working with chrome try firefox browser

Internet Explorer (I.E.) seems to have the the best results ...if it is a browser issue.

Then wait till tomorrow and one of the 3 managers I have tagged above will be along to help you.

Last we heard there was a problem with the website for claimants. Hopefully it will soon be fixed.

Ye forgot to mention there has been problems with the site also same with redeeming Netflix offer aswel so might be best to call 202 at 8am to 8.30am were you dont have to que or wait for the community managers to reply
