Good morning @Danwi, and welcome to the forum All previously known problems with the redemption website have been resolved, so if you are encountering any issues, please use the ‘Support’ form at the bottom of the microsite page - https://www.huaweiredemption.
Once the form is submitted properly, you should receive an automated confirmation email and upon the claim being submitted you should also see an on-screen confirmation to let you know it had gone through. Afterward, you will receive an SMS once the tablet has been dispatched.

You may want to try another browser as this has worked for some.
