I put a claim in today for my damaged phone and I was supposed to receive an email with all the relevant information I needed on it including my claim number which I need to put on the front of the package. I haven't received that email. Anyone have any ideas on this as I am completely screwed if dad come and I can't give them the phone

@Rosie101

DPD will have all the info anyway if you don't receive the email (have you checked spam?).

Just put your nae, address, phone number and account number on a sheet of paper and pack it with the phone when DPD arrive.

DPD will have the packaging and address etc so don't worry about that either.

It will be fine @Rosie101

You only need to provide the details as I said. DPD will do all the rest.
