Hello O2 community,
I had to pay a deposit to get a 2 years phone contract. Now, after 3 months of paying my bills, I want the deposit to be paid to my bank account.
As it is almost impossible to call customer service at the moment due to the current COVID 19 outbreack, I wonder if there is another way you can claim back your deposit?
Also, my old bank account that I have used to pay the deposit had closed all their operations in the UK because of Brexit. Is it possible to ask O2 to pay back the deposit to my new bank account which was not used to pay the deposit?

If you have paid 3xbills on time, the deposit will be returned to your account on the 4th bill.. You have to contact CS to ask for it to be transferred to your bank Guide: How to find help & contact O2
