Check balance on elderly relatives phone

Hi. Is there any way to check the balance on my dads phone when he lives 200 miles away. I've tried to log in but it says it's going to send a text to verify, he is 80 with dementia so won't understand what is going on to tell me the code

If you cant get into the account then no, as you need to get past the account security.
