hi recently upgaraded one line but still case for refund money no one call be back not answer yet?
please can you look in to please as i was told is not clear

However, your post isn't very clear.
Did you pay a deposit upfront to buy the phone? If so this will be returned after 3 on time payments. You will get the deposit back on your 4th bill.
If you want to return the phone, this has to be done within 14 days of purchase https://www.o2.co.uk/help/phones-sims-and-devices/our-change-of-mind-policy
Or if you have additional charges on your bill then follow the advice here
