Charged twice for airpod purchase??

i’ve recently made an airpod purchase and have been charged twice on using the online order system?

You need to speak to customer services to arrange a refund Guide: How to find help & contact O2 

Check your bank as well to see if one transaction is pending. If it is, contact them and explain, they will then return the funds to your account.
