Charged for someone i didnt buy

I went to buy apples airpod from the o2 accessory store and put in my card details but decided to NOT buy them after a saw the wait was 6 weeks. I did NOT confirm my order or payment.
Well i wake up this morning to see the money has been taken out my account but i do NOT have an order statement or a confirmation email because i didnt buy the product
Why have i been charged and how can i get my money back

@Liaty You need to speak to customer service. It's best to call rather than use Live Chat.

@Liaty if the order was not completed the money won't have left your account. It will just be held as reserved funds. Your bank will confirm this. 

The money will show back in your account in a couple of days .
