How do I change the security question on my 02 account please?

@Jamie Best way to do this is call customer service on 202 if you are pay monthly or 4445 pay as you go

I tried to get an upgrade this morning from the shop in Town, I couldn't remember the security answer on my account (on most things I use Mum's maiden name but it wasn't that, fortunately I've just had a brain wave and remembered the word) However Dad won't let me upgrade till there's a lot left to pay off on my current phone (I only got this one last October)
