Hi, anyone know how to change your name and address on your account in the app?

Not certain you can in the app but on a web browser it's under "Manage my details"

You can't is the simple answer, it can only be done by logging into the Web Version, and you be taken through multi factor authentication.

Just to make you aware @Basics and everyone else

You can change your address in the My O2 app

Scroll to the bottom of the page

Under Manage your account

Select View All

Scroll to Other Services

Select Change payment or Billing Address

You will then be sent 2 texts

One is a warning and the other is the OTP code
