Changing an order

I have just upgraded my phone online but after the order was completed it was not in the colour I ordered it had defaulted back. It is not a major problem just wanted to get a different colour to my partner who has the same phone. Any advise how I can change it before the order is processed properly and dispatched?

You need to call O2 then choose any of the options, fraud etc
Everything is taking longer due to the lockdown. Call centres and social distancing means limited staff to handle all the queries. Patience needed I'm afraid.
