I have received a large number of emails referring to my new or changed contract and an order for a HAN Apple iPhone 14 ProMax Silver 128GB, at a monthly price of £54.51
I have placed no such order. I want this order cancelled.
I do not want any changes made to my account without written authorisation.
Please confirm that this unauthorised order has been cancelled.

Sounds like you have been the victim of fraud
