Change email - already in use?

When changing my address, I realised my email address is misspelt (wondered why I never got any emails from O2!).
When I’ve tried to change it, it states that email address is already in use? Can anyone advise how I correct my email address? I have no other phones/accounts.

@Corders You can try to change it on your MyO2 page. http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2

If you're unable to change it there you'll have to contact customer service. Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support 

Because you're not buying anything, O2 doesn't consider your call important, so use the Lost/Stolen or Fraud option if you have to, to get through. Otherwise you'll just be disconnected.

An alternative method below is the advice from an O2 Guru on how to get through.
Call 202 from your mobile.
When it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
