You change your email address if in a montly contract by logging into your MyO2 and changing your user name (which is your email address). You will be sent a link to your old email address to confirm it's you. If you cannot see how to, call customer service for help Guide: How to find help & contact O2
However, if on PAYG, it cannot be changed and you have to re-register with a new email address.
