I've tried to place an order and submitted card details, i received a message saying try different card details but the payment has been taken but no order confirmation received

Hi payment has been taken from my account and showing as pending but order was not completed

So payment has been reserved not actually taken. If the contract doesn't go through the funds will become available again to you in 4/5 days. It would seem it's subject to a credit check. Customer service will be able to give you more information.

Hi ok, thanks, i just find it a bit strange that O2 hasn't acknowledged the order or provided a reference for the money it has reserved
