Hi,

My ...@o2.co.uk address has always been used on MyO2, now this has ceased, how do I change it on MyO2, It is not used as my username on MyO2 and I can still access MyO2 but for the life of me I can't find where to change the contact email on MyO2 and the forums.

ALSO, the O2 web site still has links to various O2 mail functions which just now give error...

Thanks

Whilst I do have some understanding of the comments regarding IE10. MyO2 is currently the only site I have issues with.

I feel very strongly that O2 developers should have tested the site with what is the current Microsoft product supplied with new PCs. It's not really fair to blame Microsoft for all these issues. If other web developers can remain compatible why not O2.

IE11 has only been about for a week or so and has some known issues with HTML5. I'm NOT installing it just to to the QA work for O2.

I used to work for O2 as long term employee, but I'm not risking my sanity for them.

I actually raised the IE10 display issues ages ago, but from what you say nothing has been fixed.

Seems like web developers' focus has gone towards Firefox and Chrome, but IE should still be supported properly.

Despite reservation I have applied IE11 update and the problem still exists when replying on the community page.

Ah well I still have Firefox, but O2 should be ashamed of themselves for not reolving the Web issues for so long.

I guess O2 don't event monitor this forum.
