Cant remember my order number

so i orddered a pay as you go phone online last week and now i need to cancel it but i cant remember my order number and cant find any way to access it. havent recieved any emials from 02 either not even an order confirnation. anyone know where i can find my order number?

Once you have placed the order, you wont be able to cancel until you receive it @Anonymous

You could, as suggested by @Bambino above, give customer services a call and ask for the status of the order...

It probably is out of stock. ...If that's the case then request a cancellation and see if they will agree...

You will have to return the phone once you receive it. That won't happen until you receive a dispatch email and tracking details. There will be a returns label and instructions along with the receipt in the parcel. Make sure you send it by registered post.
