Cannot get free wifi welcome page to load on laptop?

hi I cannot get the free wifi welcome page to load on my laptop when connected to an 02 free wifi site.

I don't have this prolem with other free wifi serivce welcome paages on the laptop.

my mobile works fine withthe 02 free wifi sites. Its jut my laptop.

Have tried clearing cache, different browsers, rebooting, differnt shops, disablijng firewall and antivirus. its just the o2 sites that don't get the sign in pages (works fine fir other free wifi providers who have sign-in pages) (with 02 i can connectand can get internet for srvices and do gogoogle searches but whenever try and click on a site link it tries to load o2 welcome page but can't.

Any ideas on what the problem is how to solve this please?

If you had previously been using BT Wi-Fi hotspots you may need to update the settings:

Clearing any previous wi-fi networks on that pc might help.
