Cannot add disney+

I upgraded, got the choice of extra. Wanted Disney+ It didn’t select, and a still cannot get it to work. I have tried phoning, starting webchat etc but keep getting stuck in queues, or not connected/cut off

I now have 7 days to select and am getting frustrated, I appreciate working conditions are challenging but can’t even find an address to email anyone

Can anyone help?

Over the past 5 days, there have been problems adding Disney or any extra. O2 have admitted there's an issue.

I'll tag one of our account advisors @O2Lisa  who will be on tomorrow. She should be able to add it for you.
