Cancelling my insurance

I hope your all staying safe.

I really need to cancel my insurance as I now have very limited income due to the crisis. The telephone lines are only taking urgent calls and cut me off when I explain what I need and there appears to be no option to do so online in my 02.

How would I go about cancelling this, please?
