I would like to check whether my iPhone is insured, and if so, I would like to cancel it. However, when i ring 202, I'm directed to the O2 website, and when I access the O2 website it advises me to call 202. I'm just going in circles so is there any way I can do this?

You need to call customer service
Advice from an O2 Guru to get through:
If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Choose the fraud option if necessary

@JSDB01

You'll have an additional direct debit for the insurance if you've got it and the payment will be shown in your bill breakdown in your MyO2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
