I asked for the above order to be cancelled immediately after ordering and was told via chat that it had been and I’d receive a text. I’ve heard nothing and payment has been taken? I simply need to order the XS case not the XS Max. Can anyone help?!

If your order is showing as complete in My O2, you may need to return the item if it's out for dispatch although you would have received an email. You should just be able to cancel otherwise. Don't use live chat for this.
