Hi,
Last month, I was charged for extras I forgot to cancelled. After cancelling, I received an email stating 'Just confirming your extra's now cancelled, so you'll no longer have access to it. Any overpayment will be credited back to your account'. I was expecting a refund for these purchases but I have not received anything and there isn't any information about cancelling extras on the website.
Will I get a refund, or have I just paid for service that I cannot use?
