Solved: Cancel order of Samsung Gear VR

Hi, I placed an order today, order number ms-306981949 and would like to cancel it.

I have just realised that this is the older model of the Samsung Gear VR.

Please can you let me know how to cancel this order?

The only way is to contact customer service I'm afraid. It may well be you have to receive the VR and then return it for a refund. One of the peculiarities of O2's ordering system.

Yes, as said, if the order has been processed you must receive it and return it under the 14 days change your mind policy.
