Cancel insurance

Hi A Phoned Up to Cancel My O2 Insurance over 3 months a go and its still come out  ,

someone from o2 phoned me and sured me that its been canceled and its still come out 

3 months later a want this stop and  refunded !!!!!  as it should show on your call logs that a have been 

trying to cancel it if dosent get cancel am not renew me contract with you . or take any new contract out

this is beyond a joke   pay £12 every month for insurence when me phone not even worth that now .

a have had me insurence for over 24 month .
